Kristen is an expert in the legal and financial details of surrogacy, including managing client’s funds as if they were her own, and helping to identify costs that can be economized throughout the journey. As Legal Director, Kristen also works with reproductive law attorneys to determine state laws and legal proceedings; and to oversee legal filings and procedures to smoothly establish parental rights for Intended Parents.
